What it means to live in faith
Changing every perspective of fear to faith can bring a lot of difference in our lives. Our perspectives of fear sometimes create problems that are never really there. They are just in our mind. The moment we change our perspective from fear to faith, we can shift our focus from ‘problems’ in our life to finding their solution.
Remember, having faith does not mean being ‘positive’. No, it is not just being positive. For example, you are feeling very bad, hurt, fearful and all other sorts of uncomfortable feelings. Now you would say, “Everything will be fine. I will act positively.” But then everything does not get fine. Nothing gets fine and you wonder I am being positive, what why this is not working? BEING POSITIVE IS NOT FAITH.

Most of the times in our life we are acting out of unconscious emotions. We act out of fear or doubt. We act out of our emotions without being conscious.
Have you ever just messed up things and then later you regret it. You don’t just understand how you said those words. All this happens because of acting unconsciously.
Consciousness comes from acceptance. First you have to accept yourself: you have to understand your emotions and feelings.
When it comes to confronting ourselves, we often choose the easy option, that is, ignoring our true emotions.
One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The latter procedure, however is, disagreeable and therefore not popular.Carl Jung
